Important: Important Update on Connectivity Issues - 04/07/2025

Dear Patients,

We want to inform you about ongoing internet and connectivity issues that have significantly impacted our ability to answer phones and connect to vital electronic health record systems. We have had to make the difficult decision to operate an urgent only service for last 3days and reverted to paper records for this period. We sincerely apologise for the difficulties and frustrations this has caused and inevitable wait times you have experienced on the phones, or in the practice.

Our networks managers are diligently working with Virgin Media, who have confirmed faults in both our primary and backup line connections. They have engineers out trying to repair the lines. We have strongly communicated the urgency of resolving these issues, and we truly appreciate your continued patience and support during this challenging time.

We want to acknowledge the hard work of our staff who are striving to meet our high standards of care, despite the added burden these issues have created.. If you do want to contact the practice regarding a non-urgent medical problem or query, please do so online to ensure we do not miss your phone call.
